Frequently Asked Questions

Can I participate in any of the sessions you offer in my membership package?

Yes, you can attend any of the Primal sessions from any program depending on how many you qualify for. eg. Standard = any x2 Primal Fit sessions.

I have previous injuries and limitations, can I participate in your bootcamps?

We will ask you to discuss your previous injury or limitations with us prior to starting and we will give you alternative exercises where required.  

Am I locked into my membership on a contract?

We have no contracts but we do ask for 4 weeks cancellation notice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes, if you would like to increase or decrease the sessions you currently attend, we can do this at anytime with 7 days notice required.

Am I allowed to bring children to your gym?

We are not covered under our health & safety to have children left at our gym unfortunately.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes, we have 3 full bathroom facilities with 1 shower and 1 wheelchair accessible bathroom

How long are your sessions?

Spin – 35 or 45min, Bootcamp – 45min, Boxfit – 35min, Makana – 45min, StrongBox – 45min

Am I able to put my membership on hold?

Yes, after being a member for 3 months we offer a 3 week hold per year.  1 week maximum can be used per hold.
